1. Pre-Flight Duties
- Ensure timely arrival and full compliance with grooming, uniform, and fitness standards.
- Participate in crew briefings and understand your assigned responsibilities.
2. Safety & Security
- Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure passengers are aware of all safety protocols.
- Respond to in-flight issues, emergencies, or medical situations with professionalism.
- Report any irregularities to the Cabin Supervisor and Captain promptly.
3. Passenger Experience
- Welcome passengers and assist with boarding procedures.
- Attend to customer needs, manage special requests, and resolve complaints with care.
- Promote in-flight products and charitable programs, contributing to onboard sales targets.
- Handle payments and donations responsibly, maintaining financial accuracy.
4. Cabin Checks & Reports
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks of supplies, equipment, and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with catering and maintenance teams for handovers and re-catering.
- Submit necessary documentation and evaluation reports after every flight.
5. Continuous Learning
- Participate in regular safety drills, refresher training, and workshops to maintain your flying license and knowledge of safety procedures.
- Adapt to changing schedules, operational needs, and diverse customer expectations.
✅ Essential Requirements
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female) / 170 cm (Male)
- Appearance: Clear skin, no visible tattoos in uniform
- Fitness: Must be physically and medically fit to perform cabin crew duties
- Swimming Ability: Ability to swim with a flotation device
- Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
🎓 Education & Experience
- Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (12th Pass) required; Diploma in Travel/Tourism is an added advantage
- Technical Skills: Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Training: First Aid, Safety, and Emergency training preferred
- Experience: Prior cabin crew experience is mandatory; an active cabin crew license is an added plus
