At AGA Aviation Academy, we are committed to delivering quality education and skill development to every student. We understand that enrolling in a course is a significant decision,
and we strive to ensure clarity in our policies for the benefit of all learners.
1. Registration & Admission Fees
All registration and admission fees paid during enrollment are non-refundable under
any circumstances. These charges cover administrative, documentation, and seat
reservation processes.
2. Course Fee Refund Policy
Once the student has attended any orientation, demo session, or regular class, the
course fee becomes non-refundable.
If a student wishes to withdraw within 3 working days of admission and has not
attended any class, they may request a partial refund, subject to a deduction of
processing and registration charges.
3. Refund Eligibility Conditions
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
The batch or course is canceled by the institute due to insufficient enrollments or
unforeseen operational issues.
The student has paid in advance but fails to meet the eligibility criteria, and the
academy is unable to provide an alternate solution.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:
Change of mind or personal reasons (e.g., relocation, time conflict, change in interest).
Student fails to attend or drops out mid-way through the course.
Disciplinary action or expulsion due to misconduct or attendance issues.
5. Refund Process Timeline
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@agaaviation.in with valid
reasons and enrollment details.
If approved, the refund (if any) will be processed within 07 working days via the original
payment method.
6. Payment Made via Third-Party or Loan
In cases where course fees are financed through a third-party partner (e.g., EMI, loan, or
financing agencies), refunds will be subject to the terms and conditions of the financer
and not directly handled by AGA Aviation.

7. Important Notes
The management holds the final right to review and approve any refund requests.
By enrolling in any course, students acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this
Refund Policy.
