With English being the most spoken language in the world, it is absolutely vital to learn the language in order to have a successful career. This course is primarily designed to help each Frankfinn student communicate effectively in the English language at work. Topics that are covered in this subject include basic grammar knowledge, greetings and farewells, and the various details involved in making appointments or coming to a mutual conclusion on certain topics. Since each lesson in this course is extremely interactive, students are able to constantly practice their language skills and also learn about key aspects of correct and effective communication.

As the name suggests, the main purpose of this course is to further improve a student's pronunciation, intonation and fluency in the use of the English language. The course is highly interactive and trains the student in the skills of public speaking, group discussions required for clearing the interviews.

This course is designed to train students on the skills required to become a cabin crew. The program encapsulates all the topics related to aviation hospitality that a cabin crew member is required to know. Students are trained on basic flight safety protocols, emergency routines and handling passengers onboard. They are taught about the different parts and functions of a commercial aircraft, and also about essential flight-related tasks such as embarkation and disembarkation procedures as well as onboard meal service techniques.

The course trains the student on the grooming skills required in the aviation, hospitality, tourism and customer service industries. Topics that are covered here include skin and hair care, western and traditional attires, and basic grooming practices, dental care, professional make-up techniques etc. The important topics of - art of walking impressionably and following certain social etiquettes are also covered.

The module trains the student on the skills required in the hospitality industry. The topics covered in this course include handling guest arrivals along with check-in, checkouts, and modes of payment settlements. Students will also be trained on a popular and versatile hotel management software that is used by companies worldwide.

This course teaches the skills required by the staff working in the Air Travel - Reservation and Ticketing domain. This course trains the students on details of how an airport functions including ticket reservations, check-in, cargo, and fare constructions.

This course is highly interactive and helps the student develop the personality traits required to work in a professional environment. This course familiarizes the students with positive attitude, anger management, empathy, perception, motivation and stress management. The course instills in them great confidence and makes them true leaders. The importance of complementary characteristics and participating in team-building activities are also discussed in detail.

This is a vital course that trains the student on customer handling skills. Students are briefed about the different types of customers as well as the basic needs of each customer. Students are also made aware of what makes customer service exemplary. This course equips them with the skill sets to deal with ease even the difficult customers successfully.

 

As the name suggests, this course prepares the student for facing and clearing all types of interviews. Impromptu speaking, mock interviews, group discussions, and positive body language are covered in this course. They are prepared to answer all the questions that can be put to them in the interviews. Besides, the Frankfinn trainers will also share knowledge for preparing the perfect resume and covering letters.

Swimming is an essential skill to have, especially for those aspiring for a career with an international airline. All international airlines, and a few domestic airlines, have mandated that their crew members must know how to swim well.
